This is my read on how a typical GTA landlord weighs an application, not a formula anyone official uses. A weak score is not a verdict; it's a list of things worth shoring up. Plenty of people I've placed scored badly here and still got the unit, because they got ahead of the gaps instead of hoping nobody noticed.
